The LP300 and LP500 IR systems are available with 15x30, 30x60 or 60x90 lenses. All of these provide an asymetrical light dispersion, resulting in a rectangular area of equal illumination.

These IR systems are designed to work especially well with surveillence cameras and similar systems.

The advanced optics reduce almost all stray light and the efficient filter gives 95% IR transmission from 810nm.

One manufacturer is incorporating a 500W prismalence unit with infra-red lens for better CCTV coverage in the dark.
